Products

Symbol Art Gallery sells art reproduction prints. Prints are available in various sizes and formats.

All products are sold without frames. Product images may display digital mockups with various frame styles (black, wood, natural, etc.) for visualization purposes only. The frame is never included.

Prices

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Depending on your location, prices may be shown in euros (€), US dollars ($), or other local currencies. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Prices may be updated at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), that all information provided is accurate, and that you accept these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available at checkout. Payment is debited upon order confirmation.

Production & Delivery

All products are printed on demand. Production begins shortly after payment confirmation. For delivery timeframes, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (for example, by email) to contact@symbolartgallery.com before the 14-day deadline. You may use the withdrawal form provided below.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
We will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs (standard delivery only), within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may defer the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or full refund upon receipt of photographic evidence (contact us within 7 days of delivery). If tracking confirms your package is lost after 14 business days past the estimated delivery date, we will reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund. Liability

Symbol Art Gallery is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, color variations due to screen differences, or damage resulting from improper handling after delivery.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@symbolartgallery.com to seek an amicable resolution.
