Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@symbolartgallery.com before the deadline. You may use the withdrawal form available on our Legal Notice page.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
- You may open the packaging to inspect the product. However, if the product has been damaged or degraded beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and quality, a proportional deduction may be applied to your refund.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- We issue a full refund (including original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, or upon receiving proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement or full refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs showing the damage to the product and packaging.
- Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package has not been delivered 14 business days past the estimated delivery date:
- Contact us with your order number.
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
- If the package is confirmed as lost, we reship at no cost or issue a full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different print than what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photograph. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Print Quality
We take pride in the quality of our prints. If you notice a defect (significant color deviation, smudging, misprinting), contact us within 7 days with photographs. If confirmed, we offer a replacement or refund.
Slight color variations between your screen and the physical print are normal and are not considered defects.
Frames
All products are sold without frames. Product images display digital mockups with various frame styles for visualization purposes only. No refund will be issued for orders where the customer expected a frame to be included, as this is clearly stated in all product descriptions.

- Attach photographs if applicable
We respond within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
