Production

All prints are made on demand. Production typically takes 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete:

  • European Union: 2–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 2–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 2–14 business days

These estimates may vary depending on carrier availability and customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging

All prints are shipped in rigid protective tubes, triangular tubes, or reinforced flat mailers to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.


Returns — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@symbolartgallery.com before the deadline. You may use the withdrawal form available on our Legal Notice page.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
  • You may open the packaging to inspect the product. However, if the product has been damaged or degraded beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and quality, a proportional deduction may be applied to your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • We issue a full refund (including original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

We may defer the refund until we have received the returned product and verified its condition, or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package has not been delivered 14 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship at no cost or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item

If you receive a different print than what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Print Quality

If you notice a defect (significant color deviation, smudging, misprinting), contact us within 7 days with photos. If confirmed, we offer a replacement or refund.

Slight color variations between your screen and the physical print are normal and are not considered defects.

Frames

All products are sold without frames. No refund will be issued for orders where the customer expected a frame to be included, as this is clearly stated in all product descriptions and on our Legal Notice page.
