Collection: Ben Pittman

Ben Pittman (1910-1995) was an American artist. His works are represented in institutional collections, including the Art Institute of Chicago.

Pittman explored diverse subjects across several decades, from the 1940s to the late 1980s. His oeuvre includes direct social commentary, as seen in This is Nazi Brutality (1942) and Mine Disaster (1948). He also produced still life compositions, such as Three Goblets and Pewter Mug (1957).
