Eleuterio Pagliano (1826–1903) was an Italian painter, etcher, and lithographer. Associated with the Romantic period, he was also an activist and fighter during the Risorgimento.

Pagliano's artistic output included painting, etching, and lithography. Working within the Romantic tradition, his subjects encompassed portraits, exemplified by his "Self-Portrait," and genre scenes such as "Priest and Boy."
