Fernand Siméon, born in Paris on April 22, 1884, and deceased in Paris on May 2, 1928, was a French painter, engraver, and illustrator. He worked primarily as a woodcutter and painter.

Siméon's artistic output included woodcuts and paintings. He contributed illustrations to publications such as the Gazette du Bon Ton in 1921. His works include Le Retour des Autans (1920) and Reclining Woman (1922).
