Collection: Francis Coates Jones

Francis Coates Jones (1857–1932) was an American painter born in Baltimore. He received his artistic training in Europe, studying under painters such as Bouguereau. Jones later died in New York.

Jones's oeuvre primarily features depictions of women in tranquil settings. His compositions often place these figures within elaborately adorned interiors or amidst lush, flower-filled gardens.
