François-Alfred Delobbe (1835–1915) was a French painter, born and active in Paris. He worked within the Naturalist tradition, exhibiting his genre and portrait paintings regularly at salons and international exhibitions from 1861 until his death.

Delobbe's artistic practice centered on genre and portrait painting. He received distinctions, including a medal in 1874 for his painting Musique champêtre and another in 1875 for Pyrame et Thisbé. He also undertook official commissions, such as the decoration of the town hall of the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
