Gottfried Bernhard Göz (baptized 10 August 1708, Welehrad, Margraviate of Moravia – 23 November 1774, Augsburg) was a German Rococo painter and engraver. Active primarily in Southern Germany, Göz established a practice that encompassed both large-scale fresco commissions and the production of copper engravings, contributing to the visual culture of the era.
Göz's artistic output included a significant body of frescoes, alongside his work as an engraver. His engravings, such as Heraclytus (1734-1745), demonstrate his proficiency in the medium. He also created religious compositions, exemplified by Dying Man Being Consoled by Christ on the Cross, Virgin and Saints.
