Jacint Rigau-Ros i Serra (18 July 1659 – 29 December 1743), known in French as Hyacinthe Rigaud, was a Catalan-French baroque painter most famous for his portraits of Louis XIV members of the French nobility.

He studied under Charles Le Brun. His style took its cues from Anthony van Dyck. Among his canonical works are Bettina Raggi Brignole-Sale, Gio. Francesco II Brignole-Sale, Portrait of Everhard Jabach, and Portrait of d'Anne-Jules de Noailles. He worked primarily in history painting, portrait painting, and religious painting. His work is rooted in Baroque painting.
