Jacob Cornelisz van Oostsanen (born 1470, Oostzaan; died 1533) was a Northern Netherlandish painter and designer of woodcuts. He was active in Amsterdam, where he was among the first significant artists working in the city during its development from a provincial town.

His artistic output spanned the transition from Late Gothic to early Renaissance. Cornelisz van Oostsanen's early work reflects the influence of Geertgen tot Sint Jans, while his later compositions show an engagement with Albrecht Dürer. He maintained a traditional painting approach, notably preceding the widespread integration of Italian Renaissance elements into Northern Netherlandish art. His works include The Adoration of the Christ Child (c. 1515).

Cornelisz van Oostsanen was part of an artistic family and taught Jan van Scorel, who later became instrumental in introducing Italianate styles to Dutch painting.
