Leon Carroll Marshall was an American economist and Professor of Political Economy. He served as the fourth dean of the Booth School of Business from 1909 to 1924. Marshall also held professorships at the Law School of the Johns Hopkins University and the American University.

Marshall's scholarly work focused on economic organization, business administration, curriculum-making in the social studies, and the divorce court. He was also involved in the Bohemian Grove.
