Collection: Zdzisław Jasiński

Zdzisław Piotr Jasiński (1863 –1932) was a Polish painter, draftsman, and watercolorist, born and deceased in Warsaw. He undertook training at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste München in 1885. Jasiński's initial artistic output was executed in an Academic style.

His later works transitioned to an Impressionistic manner. Examples of his oeuvre include The Annunciation, held in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, and The Mirror of Venus, which is part of the Art Institute of Chicago's holdings.
