Zygmunt Ajdukiewicz (1861–1917) was a Polish realist painter. Born and raised in Galicia, he specialized in portraits, genre scenes, and historical painting. After completing his studies, Ajdukiewicz settled in Vienna, the imperial capital, yet maintained a close connection with his homeland.
His artistic practice in Vienna included illustrating literary works. He provided illustrations for the epic novel The Deluge (Potop) by the Polish novelist Henryk Sienkiewicz, exemplifying his engagement with historical and narrative subjects.
