Émile van Marcke (born Charles Émile van Marcke de Lummen, 1827–1890) was a French painter and engraver. Born in Sèvres, he specialized in animal and landscape painting, particularly depicting cattle. Van Marcke is associated with the Barbizon School.
Van Marcke's artistic output primarily focused on pastoral landscapes, often featuring cattle as central subjects. His compositions, such as *Landscape with Cows*, reflect a naturalistic approach to rural scenes, depicting animals within their environmental context. He also engaged in porcelain painting.
